SOLD: Used 5-axis CNC router, Motionmaster, 8×16 table, 48in. stroke, 14hp Colombo ATC HSK-63F spindle, Fagor 8055 Power CNC, teach pendant.

SOLD: 2003 Motionmaster 5-axis CNC router is fully equipped with a 8ft x 16 ft table, 48 inches of Z axis stroke, alpha gear head, 14hp Colombo automatic tool change HSK-63F spindle motor. Machine is controlled by Fagor 8055 Power CNC system and includes remote teach pendant.

Scope of Work done in 2019 by our team

  • Full Rewire (including monitor/keypad interface)
  • Modify roller enclosure (cut enclosure in half and attach mounting plate to backside)
  • Mount modified controller enclosure off the floor to the back of the bridge
  • Install new remote (hpg) interface on column (VFD) enclosure
  • Replace wire track from floor junction box to column
  • Run seal tight from pedestal thru J-box to main enclosure
  • Replace conduits for gantry motors and limit switches
  • Move components from backside of enclosure to new location
  • 5 axis head alignment
