“Erik, I wanted to thank you for your dedication to helping us on this. I know you didn’t make the money you deserve but if a thank you and some strong admiration have any value I am giving you that. There aren’t many people who have a commitment to making things right but you do and that is something you should really feel good about. Like yourself, we are also one of the few that will put principle and work above all else – maybe at the detriment to actually succeeding as a business – but at the end of the day if the client was happy and we enjoyed the work I feel we came out on top. So for what it’s worth my sincerest thanks. Erik I want to try and make up on the financial side of things so next time we do some work – tool changer is next.”
