“Erik, After we spoke yesterday morning, I dove right in with my caliper and tools. You nailed the encoder issue on the head. I edited the MD setting and Boom! PERFECT increments and repeatable! I also was successful in putting the bearings back in the block on the Z. WHAT A DIFFERENCE those two repairs made, you have a customer for life.
