- FAGOR 8035 Industrial CNC control with color CRT, 256K memory, 128 MB flash-disk program storage, USB port for memory stick program transfer, M&G code programming, tool path graphics, and feed-rate and spindle speed override.
- 25mm precision, profiled rails with recirculating bearing blocks on all axes.
- Precision ball-screws with anti-backlash ball-nuts on all axes (25mm on X & Y, 20mm on Z).
- Industrial quality brush-less AC servo motors and matching servo amplifiers on all axes.
- BobCad V 23 Cad/Cam software and post processor.
- 220v, 3-phase, 60 hz power. 30 amps required.

HSD 11HP Spindle
- 5 HP HSD wrench type routing spindle, programmable from 2,000 – 18,000 RPM. Includes spindle wrenches, 1-ER 32 collet, and cover-nut.
- 9 HP HSD wrench type routing spindle, programmable from 2,000 – 18,000 RPM. Includes spindle wrenches, 1-ER 32 collet, and cover-nut.
- 5 HP HSD 915, continuous duty,push-button/quick-change/ATC routing spindle, programmable from 2,000 – 24,000 RPM. Includes 1 – ISO 30 tool holder with collet and cover-nut, and spindle wrenches.
- 11 HP HSD 919, continuous duty, push-button/quick-change/ATC routing spindle, programmable from 2,000 – 24,000 RPM. Includes 1 – ISO 30 tool holder with collet and cover-nut, and spindle wrenches.

- M04 counter clockwise spindle rotation for use with left handed tools and to overcome blow-out problems when machining hard-woods.
Unist “Uni-Max” coolant system with M-code programmable on/off control, and single or multiple nozzles for cutting non-ferrous metals requiring lubrication. Dust hood must be removed while using this system.- 1” bridge spacers installed to increase bridge clearance to 9”.
- 2” bridge spacers installed to increase bridge clearance to 10”.
- 3” bridge spacers installed to increase bridge clearance to 11”.
Vacuum Pumps:
- Travaini EVO-5, 5 HP, 70 ACFM oil ring type vacuum pump. 230v, 3-phase, 60 hz. 20 amps required. Great for sealed fixture applications.
- Travaini EVO-10, 10 HP, 145 ACFM oil ring type vacuum pump. 230v, 3-phase, 60 hz. 30 amps required. Great for sealed fixture and porous-plenum applications.
